We could not have dreamt of a better experience than we had with Nick guiding us with the sale

From the first day I walked into Nick's office I had a good feeling about him and when my Mum (the seller) met Nick she was very impressed with him. Nick provided us with all the information on previous recent sales in the area and provided my Mum with a price range he felt the property fell into. We happily accepted that price range and Nick set the wheels in motion. From there the wheels turned quickly and after 2 open houses and approx 45 people looking through the property nick was able to guide the potential buys from a pricepoint at the lower end of the scale to a point were he confirmed a purchaser will to pay in excess of the maximum range Nick has provided to us. Nick is a clearly very good at what he does and I am greatful that I met him that day and that he has been able to guide my mum through a very stressful period in her life. Apart from his Real Estate expertise Nick is a really nice guy.
