Very proactive and honest, very engaged. If he's anywhere as near as proactive with buyers as he is with the vendors he won't lose a potential buyer for you. He had a lot of detail around potential buyers which also told me he was properly vetting and engaging with the correct buyers. Helped me with buying also, bid at auctions for me, attended house inspections to give me a guide on what a property was worth.
