Excellent, skilled and knowledgeable professional.

Being the second time I’ve employed this agent I knew her affords on my behalf would be unstinting. Her advice about the presentation of the house paid off. The sale price was far more than I expected. I was ill during the preparation for the sale and the agent coordinated a thorough clean and a repaint, new curtains and the required yard work. Your staff member Jessica managed the sale of a property for me prior to the sale of this one. I was very happy with the outcome and her task and relationship orientation during the whole process. I had no doubt she would sell the property for what she claimed would be the amount as she had exceeded what I had expected for the first one she sold for me. I had to answer 1 to question 5 because I had no choice to choose the truth. Truthfully, Jessica was the only agent I considered. Similarly for question 6, I chose her because of her previous work for me. Again the price paid exceeded what I had expected, she has worked tirelessly to ensure this is the case.
