What an amazing experience!

The team at The Agency have been an absolute delight to deal with right from day one. Courtney and Sophie, both have consistently gone above and beyond, from the start of our rental application, through to signing the lease, moving in, and getting settled in our new rental. They’ve consistently responded to my many inquiries with outstanding speed, knowledge and the utmost care. They’ve given us helpful hints and tips for moving and getting settled, including information on the area, where to locate shops, and things to do with the kids near by. They planned ahead for our arrival and initiated the process of having screens installed to the property out of genuine thoughtfulness, and the repair request I raised was responded to and scheduled with the repairer within a day. Courtney, Sophie and the team at The Agency have all been outstanding. I’m excited for the rest of our tenancy with them.
