Very Happy Seller

After a few years of renting our family home, we decided to sell it. We were deciding between two agents who seemed to have pretty different views on how to sell the property. We chose David as he made a compelling case on how to sell and market our property. He had a good handle of where the market was and how our house fitted into the property market at that time. He was very clear with the strategy and we embraced the concept. We went all in on the advertising and styling package to make our house as presentable as possible. We personally put a big effort to improve the little things around the house, under David's encouragement. David helped us with recommendations of people we could use to help and we were very grateful for that! I'm have not always been a big fan of real estate agents but David was a straight shooter especially when I asked him some difficult questions. He didn't umm and ahh or change his story. I appreciated that as it showed he wasn't there to placate us just to get a sale but believed in his own strategy. The result of the sale speaks for itself. We had an offer within 48 hours of it hitting the internet at the high end of the price we wanted. David negotiated well between the us and the buyers. We were very happy with the price. Some people have asked "was it worth all that effort when it sold so quickly?". I think the reason why it sold so quickly and we got a great price was due to David's strategy. So it was absolutely worth the effort! We settled very quickly and everything post sale went amazingly smoothly. I would definitely recommend David and Stacey. Great team. Great sale. Well worth his commission and then some!
