Fayez has top-notch experience and knowledge of the Inner West property market. He provides accurate, informed (and most importantly, honest!) valuations. His negotiation skills are both varied and outstanding. Fayez adjusts his negotiations with buyers and communicates his strategy to the vendor as the campaign evolves, drawing on his years of experience to determine how the best price can be achieved. Fayez maintains an extensive overview of the market as a whole, while also perceiving the granularity of each suburb's individual performance. This is a subtle, but valuable skill that assisted us to make informed decisions on how to proceed with the campaign. Fayez was able to advise us on how best to present our property, and in turn achieve an excellent outcome. He was respectful of our opinions, conscious of our budget, and explained the reasoning behind any advice he offered, or action he recommended. He was able to present numerous previous examples to substantiate his reasoning. Fayez was an absolute pleasure to work with, and a credit to his agency.
Mario assisted us with the sale of our unit, and he impressed from the moment we were introduced to him. Mario's greatest strength is his communication. He made himself readily available to answer any questions we had, and took a very methodical approach to assisting us with our decision making. Mario has extensive years of experience and knowledge in real estate and is very good at constantly reassessing scenarios, looking at all options and then communicating that information. He is prepared to provide advice, but also respects the vendor's opinions and wishes. His approachable demeanor also translated well in negotiations with buyers. Mario is a genuine asset to any property transaction.
