I can't speak more highly of Fayez. I have known Fayez for many years and he kept in touch and gave helpful advice. When it came to selling my Unit, Fayez knew the property and the area. He led us through the sale process giving an accurate estimation of the likely value before we listed the property. Fayez recommended a marketing package and arranged for a Saturday inspection. On the next day a buyer made an offer well above the estimate which we accepted.
