I chose Aaron as he was a genuine, warm and friendly guy, with clear and thorough communication from our initial conversation... Not a pushy salesman, which most others in this field tend to be. He was extremely diligent at getting stuff done, and helping organise contractors without too much input from myself to ready the place for sale. I have no doubt the potential buyers felt the same level of warmth and trust. While I swore I wouldn't sell prior to auction, Aaron negotiated a sale price well above my expectations.
