Straightforward and sincere

David listens. Having looked for a few months, I cannot say how important that was. He left me alone when I was convinced I wanted to pursue a different option, but when that had fallen through, without me pursuing him he was back in contact to ask what I was going to do next. At all times I genuinely believe he gave me as much information as he felt he could without crossing the line for his vendor. As a result, I felt absolutely confident whenever I dealt with him.
