Couldn't have asked for more...

Jake had come highly recommended to us from a friend, however we did not expect him to be THIS GOOD. I recently engaged Jake on behalf of my elderly parents (who are downsizing) to sell their family home of 45 years. From the beginning, at our first meeting, my parents and I found Jake to be a professional, kind and above all a genuine person. He took every opportunity he could to get to know my parents, as well as put their minds at ease by answering all questions and he gave us a very clear timeline for the successful sale of the home. Throughout the sale Jake consistently kept us informed and made a conscious effort to make sure my parents were not stressed in any way throughout the process. He even offered to drive to their home and help fix a computer problem! And he personally delivered documents to them so that they didn’t have to drive. Thanks to Jake, not only did we get a seamless experience but we also got the price we wanted for our family home. We will forever speak this highly of Jake for making this experience so easy and trouble free. He is one of a kind and definitely in the right profession for the right reasons.
