Steve helped us immensely

Before I start, I may be a hard marker but 4 stars is very good, to get 5 in my books is a near impossibility... We forced ourselves into an accelerated sale and Steve was very helpful in getting us the assistance we needed to finish a major reno in a couple of months. Our house was always going to be a difficult sell being an aged family home (for over 60 years) and being located on the side of a cliff...then we hit the market at a weird time but I think that Steve got us the best possible outcome. Steve was also battling our unrealistic expectations from all the other agents bidding for the work. This is my second house sale and I should have known better before saddling Steve with hard targets - but he almost got us there. As background Steve also put in the hard yards over many years by providing insights into the market and our options. The fact that he was not a late blow-in was why we selected him to be our agent. I am very happy to support him.
