Great experience selling with George

I sold a townhouse in Sydney that my SMSF held as an investment property, under lease to Defence Housing Australia, while living in Western Australia. George and I agreed early that an auction was not the way to go, as access to property was restricted and signboards not allowed by DHA. So despite being remote, having a complex holding structure, limited access and selling under lease, everything went really smoothly. George got me a very pleasing outcome.
