Yas & Mir have been very relational & professional from first contact. They were very understanding & respectful with the sensitivity of selling our house. They are very knowledgeable as agents, & constantly communicated, personally supported, suggested fixups & connected us to the right people in preparation for selling. They did an amazing job marketing the house - updated online info, inviting walk-in video online, colorful brochures, door knocking, accomodating open house times, fast response & follow ups of interested buyers. Even with the crazy housing market, they managed to sign the buyers within 2weeks & great price (compared to other similar properties in our area). They were also sensitive to the buyers need & negotiated 'early settlement' to get them off their rental earlier. They took care of us & our property, and continually treat us like caring family/friends. I will not hesitate to again use & refer their services to others.
