Highly recommend for property management

We had our Botany apartment managed by The Blacket Agency, with Jacqueline as our property manager. As our first time as landlords, her management and knowledge made it a very seamless and positive experience. Jacqueline was professional, extremely efficient and responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the management of our property. Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed about what was happening with our apartment. She handled any queries from the tenant that arose efficiently and with minimal stress or bother on our end, which made a big difference as landlords. She went out of her way to make things easy with inspections and she always had our time prioritised.
