Absolutely fantastic in every way!

I cannot recommend Richard Bolton highly enough! Due to the recent death of my husband, it was a slow difficult process, but he was kind, very patient and considerate from start to finish. My daughter and I had booked 3 agents to interview, Richard was the 2nd, and we didn't bother with the third. He had extensive knowledge of the area; he was upfront with realistic goals and had the connections to get the house "sale ready". We went with our gut, and we knew he was an agent we could trust. But most importantly he went OVER AND ABOVE what any other agent has ever done! Nothing was too much trouble. When people we had booked let us down at the last minute, he stepped up and did the jobs he could do himself or found us someone reliable to do them within a very short time frame. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process, and his expert advice proved invaluable. The sale of the house took longer than anticipated but that was due to reasons out of his or my control. Yet he always kept us informed on the progress and reassured us on a regular basis. Due to his professionalism, expertise, interpersonal skills and more my daughter is now selling her property through Richard as well. That should say it all really. We would not use anyone else to sell a property of ours.
