Excellent knowledge in marketing, excellent communication skills, and high level of professionalism

I found Caitlin, Nisha and the team very cooperative, collaborative and highly accessible. They have excellent communication skills, very good marketing (i.e., selling, buying, renting) knowledge, and have high level of professionalism in managing the property. They always provided us the required information about the property such as the need of repair and maintenance and quotations, notices regarding the need of lease renewal, and property markets, etc. They were able to get the repairs and maintenance work on time and the work done was highly professional. Recently, the previous tenants didn't renew their tenancy contract but the team worked very hard to find new tenants for our property. They informed us regularly during the entire process of the previous lease discontinuation and the contract done for new lease. Hence, we are very happy with Caitlin, Nisha and the team in managing our property professionally.
