Generally fine with their services. There were instances when you try to contact them and be directed to different staff. We changed tenants and the process took more time as I would try to call and most times end up messaging them. Would have been ideal to have dedicated property manager who can oversee the process and contact us for any progress. It seems they have way too many properties and not enough staff. Otherewise we are currently finally happy having clean and orderly tenants.
