•Overall, it was very good to find a tenant quickly, and the agency is cheaper than many others, so the value for money is reasonable. However, communication with the landlord could be improved. In particular, there should be clearer assignment of the property manager, and better responsiveness to landlord phone calls and emails. The agency’s strong preference for email communication is not always the most effective approach and can lead to delays or misunderstandings. On some occasions, emails and calls were not responded to at all, and inspection / rent review notifications to landlord were missed altogether. That said, Caitlin is definitely the highlight of the agency. She is consistently prompt, professional, and responsive when addressing concerns, and her communication stands out positively. With improved communication practices overall, this agency could provide a much stronger experience for landlords.
