Candid, no-nonsense and professional

My partner and I were looking for a property in the closely held suburbs of the Lower North Shore for approximately six months. During that time (and after inspecting no fewer than 30 properties) we encountered a number of real estate agents, each of which adopted a very similar approach to the sale of the property within the area. We found Gareth (and his team's) approach to be very refreshing. In short and in our view, Gareth effectively managed the balance between advocating for his Vendor, and managing and setting realistic expectations for prospective purchasers from the very outset of the campaign. We also found that Gareth clearly had an intimate understanding of the sale of properties within the Lower North Shore ( a "market within a market") as well as the more general commercial aspects associated with the sale of property (for instance, the cost of proceeding to a more fulsome campaign). Finally, Gareth (and his team) communicated candidly and professionally throughout the entire process and assisted greatly with the entire process.

Fantastic experience

I just sold an apartment in Cremorne. I found Gareth and all the staff at the Good Apple to be enthusiastic, proactive and personally invested. The whole process took two weeks. Gareth was efficient and organised. He personally took care of every detail. He updated me on a daily basis. His recommendations were spot on from price to marketing strategy. Mine was an off-market sale, which was cost effective and achieved an excellent result but only because Gareth and the team made a huge effort to proactively seek interested buyers. Really impressive. I highly recommend the experience. Thank you The Good Apple.
