Russell is one of the easiest people to deal with, he is calm, honest, supportive and professional.

I felt very comfortable dealing with Russell Fellows when selling my home in the Swan Valley. I had not lived there for 15 years and still had a tenant renting at the time. He was polite, respectful and obliging to my tenant and myself during the transition. There were a few issues with the house prior to selling but Russell handled it all with his trades people promptly and professionally. I particularly enjoyed the sales process of Openn Offers / online bidding auction used to sell the property, I was in Bali at the time and hooked up by video link to watch the bids go higher and higher, it was really exciting as some of my family were there to watch. I did not expect to get much more than 900K on price and I would have been happy with that if I had got it but the final price went way over that, so you could imagine the the excitement while on holidays in Bali with my sons there to watch their childhood home being sold for so much. Another thing I wanted to mention is how patient Russell was with my lack of IT skills, I appreciated that and just how everything flowed with the sale to make if absolutely effortless for me. Thankyou Russell as now I can retire :)
