•Kate is a natural. She’s a great person & this is a reflection on her successes in Real Estate. I’ve know Kate over 20 years & although we met only briefly, I remembered her very clearly. This is a sentiment to her great character & presence. I buy & sell many properties. This particular purchase in Killara was undoubtedly the most important. It was for my 92 & 82 year old parents - obviously a sensitive and sentimental buy. Kate helped in a genuine sincere manner knowing the critical importance to get it right. I confided in her & made the most important decision in my parents & my life within a day. We then Exchanged within another day. The entire process from the time of viewing the property to unconditional Exchange was 2 days. This didn’t give me much time to do my searches hence why I trusted Kate. This trust was proven to be proven correct. I did most of the do diligence afterwards and everything Kate mentioned was sincere & correct. Love you Kate. You’re a great representation of a great hard working sincere Salesperson in Real Estate. From all of us - Mum, Dad & Mat (in particular, can’t tell you in words how happy Mum is with you Kate!)
We recently sold my parent's property in Killara. Kate knew the complex well and was able to quickly advise us on pricing, opportunities for marketing and maximising the sale price in a hot market. Whilst retirement apartments don't often fly off the shelf, with some styling and some painting ( well advised by Craig and Kate) we sold in a few days. It was a good sale at the right price...
