As we don't live near the house we sold, all our dealings with Mitch were by telephone. It says something about Mitch's communication skills that we were immediately confident in him and remained so. Obviously, it helps our assessment that our house sold very quickly, but we ascribe a good deal of that to his help in pricing and his marketing. All our dealings were straightforward and efficient and we felt very much kept in the picture. I have already indicated to him that we will be very pleased to approach him for further sales and I would strongly recommend him to anyone else.
