We interviewed five different local real estate agents before settling on Patrick from Property Co. The reason for the selection was because he came across as genuine, down to earth and was a great communicator. All the steps for the sales strategy were properly explained and through the process we were all kept up to date and knew exactly what was going on and why. We ultimately sold the property in much quicker time than we thought and also got a much better price.
