I originally engaged PIA as they sold my property to me and so I thought it was easier to get someone that knew the building and the property. When Vinay came to meet me, I knew I had made the right decision. Vinay is a true professional and somehow manages to work exceptionally well in both the seller and the buyers best interests. He works tirelessly to get the best possible outcome, his communication was excellent, and I always knew exactly what was happening every step of the process. Vinay is very knowledgeable in the market and will do whatever it takes to ensure you as the vendor are keep informed and that the purchasers feel they can trust the process too.
