If you are looking for a nice meal there are a number of restaurants to choose from downstairs as well as a convenience store and shops, from this address you are only minutes into Mooloolaba and Maroochydore as Alex Beach is conveniently located right between both. There are also great walking paths and bike tracks to enjoy that run all the way along the beautiful coastline.
One lady did live comfortably in this apartment for 7 years so if you are looking for a carefree lifestyle and just want to be out and about enjoying life and all it has to offer this one is for you otherwise place in the Breakfree Hotel Resorts rental pool and enjoy some great income.
