Colin and Jackie are the model of what a RE Agent team should be. Outstanding.

In 2014 Colin 'cold called' my husband and I and he impressed us so much we got him to do a valuation of our property at that time. We actually had no intention at that point of selling. Never at any stage in the intervening 3 years was there any pressure on us to consider selling, just the occasional friendly contact to say Hi and have a chat. My husband was extremely ill during this period but at some stage when we were considering selling he said I was to only go to Colin because of the gentlemanly way he had conducted himself in all that time. And so it transpired, Ian passed away six months ago and as soon as I felt the time was right I contacted Colin and Jacki - they took the reins and guided me through the selling process which was wonderful. The outcome could not have been more satisfactory. Within 48 hrs of the property being marketed it had sold for a top price, so much stress was taken out of the equation I could not believe it. Their care and attention to detail, the way they made sure I knew exactly what was, and would, happen every step of the way was outstanding.
