Above and beyond!

I could write how extremely impressed we were with Jonathans impeccable professionalism (communication skills, punctuality, attention to detail, thorough market analysis, lateral thinking flair), but this would not do justice to the full spectrum of his character. Having had a newborn in tow and selling during an easing market, we went into the sale with slight trepidation but Jonathan brought an immense sense of optimism on days I thought I would just collapse from sheer physical and mental exhaustion. Jonathan always patiently worked around our babys ad hoc schedule and our needs as new parents with the upmost respect and integrity. Its the small things - like greeting our bub into a smile or always patiently waiting until I fed her or offering to tidy and vacuum before open house - that always made us feel cared for in a way that goes beyond the scope of his professional obligations. Thank you Jonathan for not only tirelessly working to help us achieve an excellent result but for bringing a sense of compassion and ‘humaness’ to the sale process (especially during a vulnerable time in our lives). You sir, are a true gentlemen and the last of the Mohicans in your industry.
