Don't think about it, just sell with Kate

We have no hesitation in recommending Kate as an agent you can wholly entrust the sale of your property to. On her own accord she tailored a Wednesday dusk extended open inspection so that prospective purchasers would be wowed by the sunset views from our balcony over drinks. In addition, what really stood out was how well connected she was to industry contacts that made the sale smooth, including her superb photographer, cleaner, plumber etc, which meant that we could get the property on the market a week after our tenants moved out.
