Don't think about it, just sell with Kate

We have no hesitation in recommending Kate as an agent you can wholly entrust the sale of your property to. We were over the moon that she connected us with a buyer that placed a high value on what was our first home. Her experience in the industry reflected through all the good advice she gave us pre-sale, during the sale campaign, and even after. Kate over-delivered and went well above and beyond, and in our opinion sells herself too short. For example, she helped us prepare the apartment for the sale by cleaning, going to Bunnings, and because we could not find a handyperson in time, she also replaced the window flyscreens for us! On her own accord she tailored a Wednesday dusk extended open inspection so that prospective purchasers would be wowed by the sunset views from our balcony over drinks. In addition, what really stood out was how well connected she was to industry contacts that made the sale smooth, including her superb photographer, cleaner, plumber etc, which meant that we could get the property on the market a week after our tenants moved out.
