Andrew's communication was excellent. He always kept me up to speed with the various interested parties, and I felt very comfortable discussing all the possible scenarios for selling the property. I always felt as if he was in control of the situation, and he was active in getting the property sold. Importantly, what could have been a quite stressful process, given the property had been in the family for many decades, Andrew with his easy manner, was able to make a smooth and enjoyable one.
