Unprofessional and arrogant

Rachel is very arrogant and unprofessional agent and it's very difficult to deal with her. She doesn't act in the interest of buyer or seller. She is also not tech savvy and hence limits the communication with her. In spite of signing a contract, she was adamant on petty things. I would never recommend this agent to anyone.
