Do not sell property through them

I seldom write reviews except that when they are terribly bad or exceptionally good. I have no complaint about Stacey as she did her job as good as any other agent. This I have to clarify right from the start. But the solicitor who she recommended and I tried, was not to be commended. The only thing that she did was to give me the website of a third party for the seller's disclosure. And the seller's disclosure was done by me and the third party. Cut the story short, eventually I used my own solicitor who was much much more reliable. The most annoying part was Stacey's company. I really could not work out how they function and who I should contact for who was responsible. This is especially true when I tried to get back the refund from the buyer's deposit. Perhaps the company was getting so big that this small deal was lost trek. I
