Above and beyond!

Finding an agent like Preet makes you realise that every now and then you stumble across a person that you didn’t know you needed. No matter the time of day or night whether it was big or small requests, follow up’s to be sorted, flexibility to be had, arrangements to be made, issues to be sorted, absolutely anything at all it was never an issue to Preet. Amazingly he was there every time without fail, always smiling (you can even hear it over the phone!), happy, kind and ready to go. He saw it as his duty to fulfil all the required (even non-required) needs to the best of his abilities with transparency, integrity and fast pace - you can’t ask for more than that! There were even times i was ashamedly out of line due to unrelated external stressors and Preet got caught in the crossfire, but to his absolute credit it was like water off a ducks back it just rolled right off and his service and dedication never wavered once! Preet genuinely cares about his clients on both sides of the fence, his main motivating factor is making sure everyone walks away happy with the best possible outcome, even if that means a degree of self sacrifice to make sure everyone is looked after before himself, a truly selfless man and agent.
