Excellent property manager

Tiana and her team took over the management of long term tenants in a property I purchased over a year ago. The property hadn't been well managed and they helped get the property in better shape while also increasing the rent closer to market rent, all while keeping the tenants happy as they now have a safer home to live in. Regular contact with the tenant has also ment we can arrange preventative maintenance and also action any issues that arrise quickly for the tenants. Come lease renewal time the team made contact with sufficient notice and gave an honest opinion of where the rent was sitting in the market. The regular property inspections also help keep a good guage of how the tenants are caring for the property with multiple photos to protect both mine and the tenants interests. Overall could not be happier with the service.
