Beyond my expectations!

I recently listed my townhouse in Brompton with Martyna given she was highly recommended by a friend whereas I would normally do my own homework on best agents in the area .... I am so pleased I chose Martyna because having over my life bought and sold 8 times I can honestly say I haven’t come across anyone who puts as much into their job as Martyna.., I only wish I had met her sooner! First and foremost I was constantly amazed at her energy and enthusiasm with respect to helping others during what is often a very stressful time and for this I have great respect for her generosity of spirit. I unfortunately had some health issues during the sale of my property and could not have gotten through the transition without her assistance. But probably more’s the point is that she doesn’t just want to ensure the person whose house she is selling achieves its best price she also strives to see that the buyer is well informed and happy with the purchase, also assisting them along the way with any areas of concern. A further enormous benefit is she put me in touch with tradespeople I urgently required to ensure my property was without any areas of possible concern prior to selling. It is not always easy to obtain tradespeople who are fairly priced and reliable. Given I was beyond happy with the outcome of the sale of my property my recommendation comes with a guarantee because I know Martyna would deliver your best price in a fair and honest manner and nothing would be left to question.
