Well, Thomas Wong has been our agent for many many years assisting us managing our properties and selling them when the time is right. This time was a no brainer, I contacted him and advised him that we would like to sell the Cheltenham property. He suggested a time when the price is expected to be ideal and when its best to sell and that was it. He did the hard work to suggest a price and once we agreed, We found a land conveyancer and he did what he does best, sell the property at a very good price. Once he found a buyer, we just sit back and got the sale proceed in our bank account. Am confident that i can trust him when we reduce our portfolio in the future.
