When I first met Richard I had a great feeling that he was genuine and interested in getting the best result for our family. We would talk at least 2 to 3 times a week, he gave us feedback on the thoughts of potential buyers and also his recommendations. It was a very pleasant experience at a potentially stressful time and I would be glad to work with him and the rest of the Tim Dwyer staff (who were as equally genuine as Richard).
