In an industry with many rock stars, we found rock solid!

Selling our investment property from interstate was always going to be a somewhat daunting prospect. Add in the dramas of intermittent COVID lock-downs, a tenant resistant to the process, some annoying maintenance issues and a mixed bag of offers - well how blessed we were to have found Anthony Fonovic. From the outset, Anthony saw the bigger picture from our perspective, and yet was precise with every little detail on our winding way to settlement. Anthony's absolute professional approach, with timely and complete communication at every step, was only surpassed by his pleasant and unphased manner, despite several challenges he alerted us of, and readily solved. I never once was upset to see his name come up on my phone, recognising that whatever the immediate news he was going to share, it was either going to be good to hear, or completely within his ability to deal with. Being in Brisbane, we have never had the pleasure of meeting Anthony in person. Yet, we truly feel we trust him as a friend might, because he helped us come to a prompt and clear understanding on every point, minor and significant, which led to us overcoming several challenges towards achieving our goal.
