"P" for Pathrina and "P" Professionalism!

The first time we dealt with Pathrina was approximately 5 years ago. We were the buyers and we bought our Carindale family home that we're still living in. As the buyer, I was so impressed with her professionalism, that years later, I decided to call her and ask her to sell one our investment properties in Carina just before Christmas in 2020. I contacted Pathrina only a few weeks before Christmas (mid November 2020). The catch was that we needed to have this property sold before Christmas, so we could have a fresh start to 2021 and not deal with it in the new year. Being end of 2020, it was a very hectic time of the year but Pathrina went above and beyond showcasing the property to as a many potential buyers as possible, putting on quite a few opens and doing as many private inspections as needed. Pathrina delivered - she sold our property in record time and with the price that we were happy with. Throughout the sale process, she kept us so informed that I never needed to chase her for updates or information. Her communication was virtually on a daily basis. Due to Pathrina's communication skills and constant updates, she made the process seamless and stress free. Having dealt with Pathrina as a "buyer" and a "seller" and also having dealt with many many agents, I can safely say that Pathrina towers over nearly all other agents I have dealt with in the past. I can't recommend Pathrina any higher....she's nothing short of a professional with the appropriate skills to back it. If you want an agent that listens to your needs, constantly stays in communication with you, makes the process stress free and delivers the result, I suggest calling Pathrina.
