Sale of 2 bedroom unit at Camp Hill

We originally requested Pathrina to provide an estimated value of a unit we were considering selling. She gave us estimate well above what we believed was its value. We proceeded with going ahead with a sale on the basis of a "blank canvas sale" having had the currant tenant for the last 22 years. She recommended the only work we needed to do on this basis was some minor tiling in the bathroom. We did not have any knowledge of the availability of an appropriate tiler and asked for her assistance. Within a couple of days she was back with a quote of $900 and upon our acceptance had the work carried out and completed within 2 days. She then advertised the unit for sale and opened for inspection on a Saturday when we were in a Covid lockdown, and was successful in having 4 contracts signed on that day for our consideration. All four contracts were within the price range she had quoted and well above our expectations with ourselves having done some homework on the prices that had been received on similar units in the area. The hot water system had failed between vacant possession and the contract we accepted and we were required to replace the system. Again not knowing where to go for the replacement we asked for Pathrina's assistance. Within 24 hours she had 2 quotes submitted to us one of which one was accepted immediately and she arranged and had the replacement system installed before lunch the following day. Over my working life I was involved in Property Financing and have had a lot of experience dealing with real estate agents and can assure everyone that she is by far the best and most efficient, willing and organized agent I have ever been associated with.
