Very Easy straight forward transaction

Effective, efficient and straight communication. Brad was always available and was a good mediator for both parties. Brad also made efforts to minimise disruption due to the distance of all parties involved (we were not locals to the area). Happy to deal with Brad and his team again if we needed to.
