A stress free process..

I recently purchased a property through Adam and found him to be extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Adam is an excellent communicator who always made himself available to discuss any matters concerning the purchase and on the occasions I requested further information regarding the property, he was always very quick to follow up. Post securing the property, Adam has continued to go out of his way with any requests I had in the lead up to settlement. A well deserved 5 stars.

A comfortable experience

We could not have asked for more support from Adam during the selling process of our Sunshine Beach property just recently. We chose Adam to be responsible for its marketing because he showed a genuine interest in us as and our family as sellers, as he did in the property itself. He was always so approachable and supportive. We were absent during the entire process but Adam kept us totally informed about progress - even though this entailed on-going e-mail communications to us from him. Nothing was too much trouble for Adam on our behalf. He organised trades-people to prepare the property ahead of the marketing; he ‘stepped-us through’ all council/government requirements, etc., and explained all the promotional steps being undertaken. Initially too he organised a visit by Offermann colleagues to the house. We always received detailed summaries of ‘open-house’ events immediately after they happened and felt informed about the process all along the way. His on-going communications with us were outstanding - not something which one can always rely upon with selling agents, as we well know. Thank-you Adam. We remain most appreciative.
