Very Professional and Efficient

We are new to renting with Tomoro and have found our property manager Torrie to be extremely supportive and proactive in helping us navigate the new way of doing things with the apps. Whether helping us understand how to pay our rent or lodging a maintenance issue, Torrie and the office in Toowoomba are amazing. We appreciate their patience with us, as we are not great with technology and need a a bit of help to get the hang of it. We have found Torrie to be very helpful and are grateful for her for following up our maintenance issues and keeping us informed of what the plan is. We absolutely adore our new home and look forward to continuing a positive and long term partnership with Tomoro.
