From start to finish Michael was exemplar

We needed to move a house promptly and not under ideal circumstances. With a series of significant changes afoot, family issues evolving and serious work stress, the prospect of the work and effort required to sell a house was more than I had mental space for. Michael was, from the first second, all over it; providing very astute advice, options, perspective and solutions. I have been very difficult to get a hold of, he was patient and he was clear, concise and effective every time we had space for discussion. He was on the front foot with a number of options and when the plans changed he was able to re-work a plan without fail and always efficiently. From prep through marketing, sales approach, advice and most importantly approach to me as the customer, the whole show was seriously well done. If my other experiences thus far with property had been with Michael Poole, I'd have bought and sold more property.
