Professional and straightforward

We went through meetings with few other agents including all the big names out in the market, but Karan from Top Estate sounded very candid and straightforward, no fancy brochures or calendars, just the right guidance . He checked with us what our goal is and simply provided a path and cost involved in achieving that. The costs involved seemed fair and competitive on comparison with others. So we went with Top. It took a couple of weeks before our property got rented out but we were kept updated on the state of affairs and possibly what could be done to expedite the process. It was quite simple and smooth, worked very well us as it was our first time renting out our property. I would certainly recommend them.
