Quick sale

We’re very happy with the quick turnaround and the fact that our house was sold much faster than we expected. The whole process was handled smoothly, brochures and marketing materials were prepared on time, and the team was consistently present and proactive. We really appreciated the effort put in to negotiate between buyers and vendors, always aiming to reach a fair middle ground. One thing we felt could be improved was setting clearer expectations about the sale price. We do understand the market is fluctuating and it’s difficult to predict, but having more realistic guidance from the start would have helped us manage our expectations better. The communication throughout the campaign was generally good, though at times a little intermittent. That said, whenever we needed something, the team responded and kept things moving forward.
