Market knowledge is alright, communication is ok, professionalism is terrible

I hired Raman to manage my property's rental & sale, for the first 4 weeks he had no clear communication with his rental team. Later Karan took over and managed well until the sale date. On settlement day when I called him to release my funds he asks me to contact his accounts team, despite being the selling agent Raman had no clue if my property has settled or not. I suggest he shows some professionalism & customer service even after the sale to maintain good relationship. I had a terrible experience with Raman, wouldn't recommend him at all. (Rest of the team did a great job)
