Excellent communicator, kept me in the loop of how things were progressing

Arranged for needed work to be done to the sale property. I explained what I did and didn’t like about having to sell a property and the expense involved. Hamid was sympathetic to my requirements & introduced prospective buyers who were looking for a property that closely matched my property. I gave him an area of valuation that I thought was fair for my property & he quickly found someone who was willing to buy at the price. Everything went through smoothly without a hitch. A very pleasant experience.
