Corey delivered exactly as he promised, and we SOLD.

Our property was different to most in the area and a little individual. At our first meeting Corey was keen to go to auction and suggested a fast-marketing campaign of just under 3 weeks with only 4 open homes and 1 final one just before the auction started. We were dubious with the time frame and have never been a huge of auctions, but we decided to trust him and go with the process. Corey and Bec were both amazing with their communication, photos, videos and all open homes were on time, ran perfectly and they were effortless from our end. Updates followed generally within 2hrs after, and we were never in doubt of who was keen and always had plenty of feedback from the visitors. Auction day went exactly the same, flawlessly run and went exactly to plan. Our home sold after 16-days from going live online and reached our reserve price. Both Corey and Bec did an amazing job of promoting our home, even using their personal socials, they were always professional, on time and never once left us wondering if we'd made the right choice of agent.
