Professional and Informative

We contacted Rick about a property we were interested in that we had seen at TPR Huonville. He got back to us promptly and was informative and affable in providing the information we were after. During the buying process, Rick kept us updated of what was happening and always returned calls promptly if we had contacted him. He walked us through what we needed to do, gave us some fantastic tips (if we buy again in the future) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with from a buyer's perspective from start to finish. Unfortunately, the settlement was delayed, however, Rick kept in contact to make sure we were okay and if everything was otherwise alright. He rang to congratulate us, wished us well and has never been anything less than professional. I would sincerely seek out Rick if I wanted to buy in the Huon Valley again, and I would be more than happy to use him to sell (if we ever do). He epitomised everything good about the real estate industry and was genuine, authentic and transparent in his dealings with us, which were most appreciated. We would most certainly recommend him to family and friends and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who was wanting a friendly, professional agent who is happy to be realistic with a dose of friendliness. Rick was fabulous and I am rapt we had the pleasure of dealing with him. I cannot recommend Rick enough
