Friendly and professional

When I first asked to inspect the property at Franklin, Kim met me onsite at a convenient time. I liked the place, so I wanted to discover as much as I could during my inspection and Kim was helpful with regard to structural and historical aspects of the property. I enjoyed talking with her as she shared her local knowledge with an emphasis on the Huon Valley community, which was helpful for a new arrival to the district. From there Kim accompanied me through all the stages of the process; meeting the previous owners over lunch, encouraging me to arrange a building inspection, working alongside my chosen conveyancer to ensure that the key was ready to pick up on settlement, and then following up with a courtesy call to see how I was settling in. Perhaps I have been a tad harsh in awarding only 4 stars for the 'negotiation' section included in this review, but that's just me wanting something more. In truth, I am happy with the purchase price and respect that the vendors had clear and realistic parameters for negotiation, which Kim handled in a fair and professional manner. For these reasons I would not hesitate to recommend Kim.
